- Lead the quality architecture for an enterprise BI platform, maintaining 5,000+ daily Cypress E2E tests in Azure DevOps.
- Manage and mentor the Madrid QA Automation team (4 engineers), driving automation best practices and code reviews.
- Refactored Webpack bundling to make Cypress startup instant (down from 60s), and introduced Step Decorators to diagnose CI failures in seconds.

- Architected greenfield E2E test suites with Cypress, Playwright, and TypeScript for identity verification and biometric onboarding SaaS.
- Cut regression runs from 25 to 8 minutes, and automated camera/OCR document verification in CI to replace an hour of manual testing with a 1-minute run.
